Expanding Horizons Internships

Constitutional Rights Foundation (CRF) seeks to instill in our nation's youth a deeper understanding of citizenship through values expressed in our Constitution and its Bill of Rights and to educate young people to become active and responsible participants in our society. CRF is dedicated to assuring our country's future by investing in our youth today. CRF’s Expanding Horizons Internships program (EHI) places qualified urban students from the Los Angeles area as paid interns in law firms, businesses, government offices, and non-profit organizations such as the Museum of Latin American Art, WriteGirl & East West Players.  Students participate in interactive seminars offered during the spring school semester and conclude with a paid internship in an exciting professional setting over the summer. The program workshops focus on professional skill-building, community awareness, and educational preparation necessary for effective participation in our democratic society.
